For days, NCR and a lot of other provinces in Luzon suffered from heavy rains that caused alarming floods. Classes were suspended from August 6-10, 2012 in many regions. It was indeed a catastrophic event. The news that came were quite disturbing. Yet this incident didn't bring us down. Relief Ops were on their way. UP participated in it and many people responded. It's the least that we can do for those who suffered. God bless us all.
